This easy and delicious breakfast smoothie is jam packed with nutrient dense ingredients that will have you and the kids full and energized to start the day. Ingredients

Easy Breakfast Smoothie

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1/4 cup of oats

  • 2 tsp honey or maple syrup

  • 2/3 cup yogurt

  • 1/4 cup of whey protein powder

  • 1 frozen banana

  • handful of spinach

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp of vanilla

Preparation

Easy breakfast smoothie

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until all combined. Pour into a glass or a to-go cup. ENJOY!
