Pumpkin Pie I Ep. 54 I Cooking in the Community Kitchen
This is a perfect make ahead pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving or any special occasion! Dessert done well, it’s sweet and perfectly balanced. Enjoy baking!

Ingredients
- 2 Eggs, slightly beaten 
- 1/2 cup Pure pumpkin puree 
- 3/4 cup Sugar 
- 1 2/3 cup Evaporated milk - SPICE: 
- 1/2 tsp. Salt 
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon 
- 1/2 tsp. Ginger 
- 1/4 tsp. Cloves 
- 1/2 tsp. Mace 
- 1 x 9” Uncooked pie shell - *If your home pantry does not contain the spices listed above, the "Pumpkin Spice Mix" is available at the Larger BULK BARN stores and is Item #840 
Preparation
Mix together all the ingredients and spices and pour into a frozen 9" pie shell.
Freeze until ready to bake.
Take directly from the freezer and pop into a pre-heated oven at 400 degrees.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Reduce the oven heat to 350 degrees and continue to bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the middle seems "set".
Cool then serve with your favorite whipped topping, whipped cream or ice cream.
